Research & Discovery
Using UserTesting, we collected data on how top competitor pages guided users toward consultation bookings. We familiarized ourselves with the booking process as potential customers, visualizing each step of the decision-making process.
Key finding: users consistently sought process clarification before committing. Most scrolled past video content initially, then used YouTube & Instagram to vet the company before acting. The existing page failed to provide sufficient trust signals & pre-commitment value — creating a gap between user intent and conversion.
Design & Testing
Multiple interface iterations in Adobe XD, each designed to reduce cognitive load. Based on research, we made copy more casual & approachable, integrating video testimonials at strategic decision points to address hesitation triggers. We restructured information architecture to deliver value first, trust second, conversion third.
A/B testing protocol: two distinct home screen variations tracked through Adobe UX & Maze. After achieving 78%+ company-wide participation, we ran the test for one week, compiled the data, then developed a third variation incorporating the strongest elements from both.
